5 Things to do in Pattaya
Also, Pattaya is one of the main areas for medical tourism in Thailand, as it has some of the best dentists and other medical procedures available. About two hours drive from Bangkok, this city also offers the best entertainment, island, shopping, and sightseeing.
1. Experience the Thai Alangkarn Theater Show in Pattaya
is one of Pattaya’s most fascinating Thai Cultural Theater Shows? The show is called Thai Alangkarn, and it is a must-visit if you like theatres with something different to offer.
The attraction is also situated at km.155 Sukhumvit Road,
Na-Jomtien, Sattahip Chonburi, with 32 acres. This project includes a prototype Hexa stage theatre with 2,000 seats in tiers, a Cultural Rostrum, and a restaurant with a 1,000-seat capacity.
The show’s highlight is the use of live elephants in a mock-up war, which is pretty surreal when you see them perform.

2. See the Tiffany Show in Pattaya
is also another must-see show as it is the Original Transvestite
Cabaret show in Pattaya and Thailand which is now in its 37th year running!
Amazingly, it originated as a one-man show performed for friends on New Year’s Eve 1974, and now, Tiffany’s is a household word in Thailand, Asia and worldwide.
The incredible talents of the transvestite, transgender community, all drawn from the provinces of Thailand, are showcased in a
show full of exotic, spectacular scenes, the latest technical lighting and sound playing 3 shows nightly every night of the year.
This attraction is perfect fun for singles, couples or even families. See more pictures of the Tiffany Show in Thailand on my Facebook Page.

3. Explore Pattaya Walking Street
or infamous, Pattaya Walking Street is a place everyone must visit, minus the children. This main street is closed to traffic in the evening and becomes a carnival street, with all kinds of entertainment offered on this one-kilometre-long street.
From stylish and catchy seafood restaurants, live music bars, cabaret shows,
gogo bars, clubs, discos, shopping, and even an Elvis Show. Read my previous review on Pattaya Walking Street.

4. Visit Koh Larn Island in Pattaya
Larn is a beautiful island located about 7km off the coast of
Pattaya Beach. It can be reached within a day if you go there in the morning via ferry.
The island is about 4km long and has about a
thousand residents, most of whom live in the main village called Naban. Visitors can enjoy many activities here, including parasailing, snorkelling, jet-skiing, banana boating, swimming in tropical waters,
and even a shooting range.
If you want to explore the island, you can do so on foot, as there are temples and shops in the village area. Tourists usually visit the main beaches, as there are about 8 beaches throughout Koh
Larn.
The main beach where the ferry drops you off is usually packed with tourists, so it is best to take a local taxi to a more secluded beach around the island if you prefer it to be less crowded. See more pictures of Koh Larn on my Facebook Album.

5. Explore the Shopping and Attractions in Pattaya
restaurants, and unique attractions like Ripley’s BRipley’st Or Not and
Louis Tussaud’s Tussaud’sMuseum.
Walking around Beach Street (the main seaside street), you can visit Pattaya City Walk for local arts and crafts, food and culture. The entire stretch comes alive once night falls; you can expect thousands of locals and tourists around this area.
Central Pattaya Beach is across the street, where beach lovers can rent a deck chair and bake in the sun. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to Pattaya Bay Lookout Point for a great view of the entire bay area.
Near Jomtien Beach is also the Pattaya Water Park for family fun and pampering; there are many world-class spas like Oasis Spa.
Conclusion
I recommend Pattaya to adventurous travellers as there is so much to do there. If you are booking a 3D/2N trip, you could do quite a lot in that short time. Please note that this is not your cup of tea if you are a serious nature person or like less crowded places.
However, for the very adventurous and ambitious traveller, there are several unique things that you can do in this fascinating city of Thailand.
Pattaya is also very
different from Bangkok, and again, worth a visit if you
have never been here, so enjoy the 5 Things to do in Pattaya, Thailand.
