Tokyo Disneyland Picture
This Tokyo Disneyland is my picture of the week. I visited this fantastic theme park in February 2012, and this was my 4th time visiting this theme park in ten years as I once worked in Tokyo in the early 1990s.
Tokyo Disneyland Picture
My last visit to Tokyo Disneyland was back in 1991, and after all these years, things are still as they have been, apart from some newly added attractions. The picture above shows a bronze statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse in front of the famous Disney Castle, which has been in Japan for over 25 years.
Tokyo Disneyland is also known to be one of the oldest theme parks after the Anaheim one and has been serving Japanese and international tourists for over three decades. Many of the attractions are in Japanese, meaning the staff speak Japanese, so it will be odd if you need help understanding.
However, when you are visiting Tokyo and have extra days, Tokyo Disneyland is one of the places to stay for a half or full-day trip, especially if you want to fill your childhood fantasies. Or, if you have kids, this is one of the perfect places.
Conclusion
My last visit here was with a special media group with AirAsia X, and we visited various places around Tokyo and Osaka, where this theme park was one of the stops on our Japan press trip in 2012.
However, I have since revisited Tokyo several times in the last ten years, but I never came here again because of the many times I have visited. But if there is a need again, maybe another media trip to promote this place, I would go once again. I hope you enjoyed my Tokyo Disneyland picture of the week, as it is simply showing Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse.
