Sunset at Batu Feringgi, Penang Picture

This sunset photo at Batu Feringgi, Penang was taken in January 2013 from the beach at the ParkRoyal Hotel and Resort here.

As I waited since 6.30pm, it looked like there was not going to be a beautiful sunset that day and decided to take a walk on the beach. Much to my surprise as it got a little darker, the sun rays started to peep from behind the hills.

This was it, one of the sunsets that I have been waiting for in a long time and after 15 minutes of photographing this amazing sunset, I got my shot. Rarely I chance upon these kinds of sunsets where the rays shine out like this.

Nearby Batu Feringgi at Teluk Bahang is also the newly opened Escape Theme Park, which is the first and only theme park on the island dedicated to kids and adults.

After years of visiting Penang, I have to say that this is one of the best sunset photos at Batu Feringgi, Penang that I have taken.
