National Craft Day Malaysia

The National Craft Day 2013 in Malaysia will be at the Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex from the 27 Feb till 11th March this year. The place is also known as the Komplex Budaya Kraf in Malay.
This is a chance for craft lovers and tourists to come and explore the many different Malaysian crafts that will be on display here which mostly made from ceramics, silver, pewter, wooden, batik and even display of some modern craft.
Malaysia National Craft Day
At the national craft day in Malaysia, you can find pure Malaysian craft while you can also check out some of the Songket and Batik designs and hopefully a demonstration is on during the exhibition.
For jewelry lovers, there is also a variety of local beaded jewelry for sale. If you are lucky, you can catch some of this being done live there.
There is also a Craft Museum where you can find some of the rare Malaysian craft being displayed here. Among them are weaved, metal, fabric and ceramic craft by the various ethnic groups of Malaysia.

Final Thoughts on the Malaysia National Craft Day
The craft complex is located just about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from the Petronas Twin Towers in the KLCC area. There will be many activities, demonstrations and much other craft related things at the Malaysian National Craft Day 2013.
