Sistar and T-Ara Live in Johor 2015

Sistar and T-Ara Live in Johor 2015 will be part of the Sultan of Johor Coronation where both the KPOP artists will perform in the Free Open Air Concert in Johor Baharu from 26-29 March 2015. The scheduled date for Sistar to perform at this free concert is on the 26th March.

Update: 19th March – Black Eyed Peas, Sistar and Fuying and Sam have been dropped from this Open Air Free Concert as requested by the Sultan of Johor.

Sistar consist of Hyolyn, Bora, Soyou and Dasom of Sistar will be part of the overall concert alongside with other local and international artists which include The Black Eyed Peas, T-Ara, Sheila Majid, Fuying & Sam, Rossa, Jacklyn Victor, Shila Amzah, Penny Tai, Alleycats and many more artist.

T-Ara consisting of Eunjung, Hyomin, Jiyeon, Boram, Soyeon and Qri will also be here and T-Ara will be performing on the 29th March. The complete lineup is yet to be announced. The concerts are also being organised in collaboration with Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd (IWH).

Sistar to perform at free concert in Johor, Malaysia

Malaysian KPOP fans should be thrilled as not only one group, but two famous Korean groups will be performing as part of the Free Open Air Concert at Danga Bay, Johor. Sistar and T-Ara are also an all-girl group with a huge following in the KPOP scene. Each night will feature different artistes and after the concert ends, a spectacular fireworks display will be held.

The 23rd of March has also been declared a public holiday in the state where the ceremony will take place at the Istana Besar Johor for the coronation of Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar as the states 5th Sultan in the history of Modern Johor.

In conjunction with the Johor Sultan Coronation Ceremony 2015, a series of programmes such as concerts and musical theatres will be staged from 23rd March – 30th March in the Johor district.

Just off the record, conflicting reports are also in the news that the Black Eyed Peas are also to perform in this event, but according to more reliable reports, only Taboo is performing.

For anyone heading to Johor at the end of March, you are in for a treat as there will be many ongoing events happening and if you are a music lover, there are numerous concerts, musicals and shows going on. One of the highlights will be the free open air concert with a performance of Sistar and T-Ara Live in Johor 2015.
