With numerous acts brought in from around the world, this is part of the international DJ circuit with top deejays performing here. The best days to visit Zouk KL are Thursdays till Saturdays.
Prices are a little on the higher side but you can be assured of quality sound and world-class DJs. The place can get crowded and offers four main rooms to cater to different genres of club music.

Butter Factory KL is also located just behind Pavilion Shopping Mall.

Neverland KL is one of those clubs that want to project itself as the cool, swanky hot spot. Neverland is designed around a 3D Projection Mapping show involving DJs, live bands, artists’ performances, emcees and choreographed dancers.
However, you need to check before visiting if there is a live show, fashion show, special event or DJ performing before heading there. The club is also about 200 meters from Butter Factory KL.

This entertainment club is big enough to host mini-concerts or live shows so you need to check if there is anything special going on that night.

Having a not-too-good reputation, this place attracts mainly the single travelers and businessmen who are on short trips to KL.
Not recommended for couples or younger adults, this place is more for the single traveler. Note that many of the female patrons here are non-Malaysians so take a hint. For tourism purposes, this place is worth a visit.

Stage Club KL photo by stephiielim.blogspot.com |
This club which launched in May 2012 has 2 levels with a VIP area located upstairs. Being a new player in the KL clubbing scene, they try to offer something different in the club’s design namely in its lighting and audio technology.
The VIP balcony is the best spot to see all of the action too. Keep in mind, this club caters to Asian artists and stars therefore if you love the local Asian music especially K-Pop, this is the place to be or be seen. Weekends, it tends to get crowded.

Update: CLOSED
Update October 2018
The trouble with writing about entertainment or clubs in Kuala Lumpur is that they have a fast turnover, and most clubs will last a couple of years, and then shut down.
I will do my best to put in a brand new update for this list, as I have had very little time to explore some of the newer dance clubs in Kuala Lumpur.
When I get some time, I will do a massive update on this list. Meanwhile, if you are visiting Kuala Lumpur, do have a great time and always drink responsibly and keep away from drugs.
Conclusion
There are many other smaller clubs around KL and Petaling Jaya but they cater to a smaller crowd which I am not including in this list.
Overall, this caters to those seeking some serious parties in KL and I hope you enjoyed this list of where to find Dance Clubs in Kuala Lumpur.
