According to the official Backstreet Boys website, BSB fan clubs members will have access to concert tickets and VIP upgrades before they are sold to the public as a bonus.

There will be a special pre-sale for regular tickets and VIP upgrades on the 5th of February at 10.00am while the general ticket sales will start on 6th February 2015.
